Pedro Pascal's trusty Canada Goose bomber is the perfect transitional jacket
The Last Of Us actor knows all about pulling up in end-of-the-world circumstances and his blizzard fit proved that much to be true

NOTED CANADA GOOSE stan Pedro Pascal has added a new jacket to his frosty weather rotation.
For the last few winters, the Chilean-American actor has braved the elements in the luxury brand’s Bromley Bomber. It’s clearly served him well. But when he was sighted outside New York’s Bowery hotel last week, cosily primed for the East Coast cold snap, it was in a newly released (but very, very similar) Canada Goose silhouette: the Chilliwack.

The Last of Us star’s upgraded jacket, which he paired with waterproof slacks and a pair of proper hard-wearing winter boots, is pretty much impervious to the elements. That’s because Canada Goose’s line-up is designed for the dampest of days and toughest terrains. What their bulky line-up isn’t always designed for is the practicalities of city life, from temperature changes to packed trains. That’s why Pascal’s Chilliwack bomber is the sort of jacket that ticks all the boxes.
It’s just warm and waterproof enough and features a face-protecting snorkel hood, but doesn’t go overboard on tech. You can wear it in a blizzard, like Pascal, but you can also throw it on in mid-February when the sun shines but a semi-chill lingers. After all, NYC is cold, but it’s not Antarctica cold.

Goose’s Chilliwack bomber also looks the part. It has a sort of cool reserved for guys like Pascal. Designed as a nod to post-war bush pilots in the ’80s, it comes with rib-knit cuffs and hem, which means it’s not unflattering like a lot of wet weather gear, and also features Goose’s signature stamp on the left arm. For Pedro, it’s the ideal city garment, especially when paired up with a culty Alex Eagle “Books Books Books” cap and a Bottega Veneta holdall.
The good news? You can buy it right now.
