The Want List: What caught the Esquire team's eye this week
The Esquire guide to a great week ahead

WHAT TO DO, what to read, what to wear, what to burn some cash on. Every week the Esquire team round up the things that have caught our eye across the cities and online to keep you in great taste and style…
How good’s a change in the season? Spring in Australia offers a blissful break between our two extremes of freezing and heatwave and, as short as it is, there’s still enough change in the air to get you excited for a summer that’s just beyond the horizon.
This week, everything we’ve been wanting is all about being adaptable. Whether that’s erratic weather patterns (seriously, what’s with 35C one day and dropping to 12C the next), last minute changes of plans or the need for a new moisturiser – versatility is key.
Check out the list below for this week’s The Want List.

Iris Debonair from Creed
It may seem easy to say spring is the best time for a new fragrance, but the truth is a new Creed is the best time for a new fragrance.
A floral take on the fougère genre, Iris Debonaire mixes iris (of course) with lavender, fig and violet leaf. The strongest argument that men can, and should, wear florals.

Dior striped shorts
Trust Jonathan Anderson to make shorts look like they could double as eveningwear. Perfect colourway stripe, the silk-cotton blend for premium comfort and subtle Dior oblique detailing. Impeccable.

The Row leather slide
No notes.

Cashmere flannel jacket by Brunello Cucinelli
There’s quiet luxury and then there’s Brunello Cucinelli.
Crafted by the King of Cashmere, this lightweight outer layer fits the bill as the perfect adaptable wardrobe piece for Spring temperatures. Incredibly breathable and soft as a feather. Our pick

Bode cotton T-Shirt
A cool new T-shirt for the season is a grail. Especially when they come in limited numbers like those by New York-based label Bode.

Natural Evil Eye brooch from Ole Lynggaard
Powerful double-hitter: protection from bad vibes, flawless accessory that will elevate your look.

Augustinus Bader overnight cream
Truth is as the weather warms up, so do the increase in the occasional late nights. Along with a big glass of water and two Nurofen before bed, the new Overnight Recovery Cream by Augustinus Bader is your best bet to hide the evidence. Nourish, nurture, catch up on sleep the next night.

Acne polo shirt
The easiest shirt you will wear. Throw it over denim, chinos, your new Dior shorts – it all works.
